My monthly OBM support is completely adaptable to what your business needs. Whether you're an agency with a team, a digital products business, a coaching business, you name it.

But, to give you an idea of the things I support my clients with, here's a breakdown: 

Managing scheduling across the team, keeping your calendar protected, making sure launches stay on timeline, and coordinating across departments so the right people know what's happening when. Organizing client feedback, assigning tasks to the team, ensuring deadlines are met, overseeing project progress, collecting client inputs and info.

Project Management

I build, maintain and manage the repeatable systems that keep things running. If something gets done twice, it should have a process. I’ll own that documentation and make it better over time. This can range from project management tools, to your CRM.

Repeat Systems and SOPs

I'll manage your inbox — triaging, responding to common inquiries, flagging what needs your attention, and making sure no customer or student goes without a response. All written in your tone and preferred way to collaborate on your inbox. :)

Client Communication

I own the repeatable tasks that make every launch run: building out checklists, coordinating timelines across the team, setting up community spaces and course platforms, scheduling communications, creating a top notch client experience and making sure nothing gets dropped in the chaos of open cart week.

Launch Operations

When we work together, I don't just see you as another client handing me taks to tick off each week. I prefer to work collaboratevily with my clients - as partners. Whether that's by brainstorming together on calls regularly, or telling you straight up when something's not working and figuring it out as a team. I want to be your biggest supporter and view your succes as my own.

I believe that every project is a chance to learn, grow and kick it up a notch. I don’t settle and  I always search the best way to get it done for my clients (friends, partners, biz buddies...)

My only goal: help you achieve what your vision of sucess is.

I offer monthly retainers, meaning you pay for a set amount of hours upfront each month, usually between 12-20 hours and I don't offer trial periods. If you're interested in one-off projects, or want support for busier seasons, like launches (not ongoing), feel free to check out my other services or shoot me a DM! 

How do you structure your retainers - do you offer a trial period or one-off projects? 

I'm familiar with platforms like Dubsado, Honeybook, Trello, Notion, Canva, & others. For my clients, I either learn the platforms they already use to operate their backend, OR help them set up a new platform (i.e. Dubsado). Everyone runs their business differently, so being a self-motivated learner is just part of the job ;)

Can you use my current tools and systems? 

This boils down to smooth communication when we first begin working together. I usually recommend my clients to record themselves doing their daily tasks (i.e. how they check their inbox, how they navigate their CRM or Clickup...), and then share that with me. I also always recommend regular calls (monthly or bi-monthly), so I can stay up to date with what's happening.
