And I'm kinddd of passionate about the impact a streamlined & automated backend can have on one's business and life. That's also my favorite thing about what I do; I get to help the coolest people (designers) with their backend, so they can have a client experience as awesome as their designs, while having the peace of mind to live their life, follow their passions, and grow their business.

I've been supporting Brand and Web Designers with their backend for around 1,5 years now. I help my clients with project management, manage their CRM and client communication, organize their inbox, help them set up new systems, amongst other tasks!
What experience do you have working as a VA for Designers?
Totally depends on when it's most ideal for both of us. Typically, you reach out and I send you a link to schedule a Discovery Call. After our call, you'll receive your proposal, where you'll be able to choose a Start Date. If I happen to be fully booked, you have the option to either join my waitlist or I can refer you to another VA.
How soon after I inquire can we begin working together?
I'm familiar with platforms like Dubsado, Honeybook, Trello, Notion, Canva, & others. For my clients, I either learn the platforms they already use to operate their backend, OR help them set up a new platform (i.e. Dubsado). Everyone runs their business differently, so being a self-motivated learner is just part of the job ;)
What platforms are you familiar with, and can you use my current tools and systems?
While I specialize in backend related tasks, I also have experience in writing blogs, repurposing content, basic design tasks, and am well-rounded with Pinterest. If any of these interest you, feel free to mention it when inquiring and we can talk about it.
